I've had a lot of free-time this week-end, so finally I'm able to post the pictures of the necklace I'll wear at my sister's wedding. Sorry in advance for the low quality of the images, but the lenght of the necklace and the colours mixed with a sunny day drove me crazy.
When I'll wear it, I'll take a picture of it so you'll can see the total effect.

The beaded bead Boolmouche was made following a pattern of Flymouche, go and visit her blog, she has a lot of beautiful works and there're beautiful pattern that she's so kind to share with beaders of the web.

Frankly speaking, I'm not so sure of the results, it's a bit different from what I expected to make, but the beaded bead resulted too big - 2.5 cm diameter.
I've not tried the necklace on the dress, but for superstition I expect the wedding.

Sono in lavorazione anche orecchini e bracciale. A presto per gli aggiornamenti,

I'm planning to make also earrings and bracelet. A lot of crystals to everybody,

Chiara

Creazioni vecchie e nuove

Hi everybody, finally saturday has arrived and while lunch is cooking by itself in the oven, I finally managed to take pictures of some works I want to show since I started this blog.

The first creation is a brooch that I've just finished. My mother will wear it at my sister Valeria's wedding. It's made by "russian leaves". Since I was in hurry to finish it and my mother said to me: I want it as in the pictures, there is not so difference from the tutorial I used to learn the technique. A big thanks to Victoriya Katamashvili. I must thank also Andrea, that suggest me the link through Bead And Button forum.
I will try to make also a matching bracelet, even if I'm in a hurry, since the wedding is in two weeks.

Now some older works.

3-D peyote teapot, from a Bead and Button pattern, what a huge work!!!

Cantiamo assieme: Natale sta arrivando, Natale sta arrivando.....

A peyote star, made last Christmas, I show it to you because these year I'd like to make a bigger version, maybe with a holiday pattern, for using it like Christmas decoration. Let's sing together: I'm dreaming of a White Christmas....

My first bezeled bracelet, I spent a lot of time trying to bezel the square gemstones with miyuki and silver 2 mm beads. When I finished the bracelet, it had fallen and for the weitght of the stones a lot of Delica had broken, so I had to repair it. I hope it's not visible in the final work.

And, last but not least, a necklace with ametyst and crystal beaded bead, I don't like it so much, also because the ring of the toggle clasp has oxidize itself very quickly. I hope I can polish it, otherwise I will change the ring with a peyote one.

Now I've finished, as usual I really appreciate the comments.
Hug and crystal to everybody

Ancora un gioiello per la mia mami - Another creation for my mother

D'altronde lei scrive su Bead and Button, io no, eheheh....
Baci
Chiara

As promised, as soon as I have the pictures of my works, I show them to you. This pendant was made for my mother and it's a quartz - they say to me.... - with a St. Petersbourg chain Bezel, the pattern is from Bead & Button, by Hatsumi Oshitani.
It's a work from the first number of the magazine I've ever bought, during a trip to USA, so I love it, because it made me discover the beatiful peyote and seed beads.
Hope you like it, see you soon

Il ritorno è sempre traumatico - Come back home, aaaargh !!!!

Ciao
Chiara

Now that I've come back home, my brain is full of ideas for using the stones I bought in China, but housekeeping come first. Keep in touch, many more creations are coming, as soon as I find time to take pictures of them!!!
Cheers,
Chiara
